Cancellation policy

At Live Better Nutrition, every patient is important to us. 

While telehealth is making it easier for our patients to attend consultations, it is very difficult to backfill an appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute. And unlike doctors who typically see 20-30 patients per day, we typically see 6-10.
If we ever have someone cancel or reschedule, we need enough notice to ensure that we can fill the appointment with someone on our waiting list.

Our cancellation policy is straight forward:

  • For all bookings, appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up until 1 business day before the start of the appointment. E.g., a 2pm Monday appointment must be rescheduled or cancelled before 2pm on the previous Friday.

  • For online bookings, any appointments that are missed or rescheduled/cancelled within this cancellation period will not be refunded.

  • For in-centre bookings, any appointments that are missed or rescheduled/cancelled within this cancellation period will incur a fee equal to the full appointment fee.

  • The cancellation fee may be partially or fully waived in extraordinary circumstances. Application for special consideration can be made by email to reception@livebetternutrition.com.au
