Sports dietetics
Want to take your sport to the next level? Struggling low energy or frequent injuries? Doing all of the 'right things' and not seeing the results?
Are you planning on taking your sport to the next level?
Whether you are a weekend warrior, who is keen to drop their parkrun time, or an elite athlete, who is working to reach the upper echelons of their sport, what and how you eat can have a huge impact on training, recovery and performance.
Have you been struggling with low energy, or experiencing frequent injuries?
Your diet could very well be the key to improving energy levels and increasing performance, whilst reducing the tendency to illness and injuries.
When you start to look at the right diet for optimal performance, there are so many questions:
-
How much protein should I be eating to build and maintain muscle?
-
Should I be cutting carbs or increasing them?
-
Which supplements can help me improve my performance?
-
What should I eat before and after working out?
-
Unfortunately, it is hard to make sense of all the conflicting information available online.
This is where our Live Better Nutrition Sports Dietitian can help.
