Only available to new patients who book and attend their initial appointment before 25 December 2021

The offer may be withdrawn at any time. If the offer is withdrawn prior to 25 December 2021, all appoinments made prior to the offer being withdrawn will remain eligible for the refund. 

Not available in conjunction with any other offer.

The refund is only payable if the initial consutation is conducted and the full fee is paid.

The refund will not be paid unless the correct Promotional Code is mentioned to the dieitian during the initial consultation.

By default, the refund will be paid to the credit card used for the initial payment.
