Do I need a provider agreement before referring?

For NDIS and in-home visits, yes — a provider agreement needs to be in place before the first appointment. We will set this up as soon as you request forms; it does not need to be finalised before you make contact.

How quickly can you see a new referral?

Typically within 1–2 weeks depending on location and urgency. Flag anything urgent in your referral and we will prioritise it.

Do you bill NDIS, DVA or the Home Care Package directly?

Yes, where a service agreement is in place we invoice the relevant funding body directly — your client does not need to pay upfront.
